Kansas Farmers Get 1 Day Suitable for Fieldwork

For the week ending Sunday, there were 1.0 days suitable for fieldwork, according to the USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service.
Topsoil moisture supplies rated 0 percent very short, 1 short, 56 adequate, and 43 surplus. Subsoil moisture supplies rated 0 percent very short, 2 short, 70 adequate, and 28 surplus.
Winter wheat condition rated 3 percent very poor, 8 poor, 40 fair, 44 good, and 5 excellent.
