Russell County farmers actively participated in the recent Kansas Farm Bureau Annual Meeting held from December 2 to 4 in Manhattan. Alongside nearly 400 Kansas Farm Bureau members, local representatives contributed significantly.
Their involvement revolved around shaping impactful policies for 2024. Through discussions and debates, these policies were crafted, setting the course for the organization's legislative direction in the upcoming session.
The meeting aimed to bolster agriculture and enhance the lives of Kansans, aligning with the Kansas Farm Bureau's mission of advocacy, education, and service.
