He will speak on Wednesday, along with the KDHE Secretary and Koch Industries environmental compliance director.

On Wednesday evening, Pollution Prevention Awards will be announced, and a presentation from Keith Thompson and Justin Knopf, Discovery Channel's Rancher, Farmer, Fisherman, will center around regenerative farming techniques that led to operations with environmental impacts.
