The Kansas Beef Council (KBC) is embracing modern advertising tactics this holiday season with a dynamic digital out-of-home advertising campaign. This campaign is strategically deployed in grocery stores and retail locations, utilizing high-impact digital displays to captivate shoppers with enticing visuals of beef products.
Located at critical points such as store entrances, meat counters, and protein aisles, these digital displays are designed to engage consumers through eye-catching advertisements that feature appealing beef dishes.
To further enhance interaction, many ads include QR codes that lead consumers to recipes and inspire creative meal ideas for various cuts of beef. This targeted approach allows the KBC to influence buying decisions directly at the point of purchase, ensuring beef remains a top choice for holiday meals.
The campaign kicked off immediately after Thanksgiving and is set to continue through the New Year. This timing taps into the seasonal increase in grocery shopping, making it highly effective. Following the holiday season, the campaign's focus will shift towards promoting beef's role in supporting New Year’s health resolutions, with placements in gym and fitness centers throughout Kansas and the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Additionally, the Kansas Beef Council is leveraging digital streaming platforms by broadcasting holiday-themed commercials. These ads, which convey the message that “beef brings us together,” are designed to reach a broad audience of consumers through smart TVs and YouTube, further amplifying the campaign's reach.
This innovative marketing strategy not only positions beef prominently in consumers' minds during key shopping periods but also showcases the Kansas Beef Council's commitment to integrating modern technology with traditional food marketing.
By doing so, KBC continues to push the boundaries of agricultural advertising, demonstrating effective ways to connect with today’s tech-savvy consumers and drive demand for beef products during the festive season.
