Registration is now open for the 2026 Women Grow the Farm Conference; a leading event designed to inspire, support, and connect women working across the agriculture sector. The conference will take place on February 12–13, 2026, in Manhattan, Kansas, bringing two days of learning, growth, and meaningful discussions.
The event continues the legacy of the long-running Women Managing the Farm Conference, which began in 2006. Over the years, it has developed into a dynamic gathering that helps women gain confidence, update their skills, and better manage opportunities and challenges in modern agriculture.
This year introduces a new format based on participant feedback. Optional preconference sessions will be held on Thursday morning, followed by the full conference beginning at noon and ending Friday afternoon. Preconference topics include Pre-Partum Conditioning and Calving School, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications in Farming, and Building Resilience Surrounding Mental Health.
Keynote speakers will guide participants through topics related to communication, leadership, community involvement, and personal growth. One speaker said, “We’re thrilled to make this debut into the single-serve protein category with Target.” These sessions will help attendees apply new knowledge in their daily work and decision-making.
Participants can choose from 25 breakout sessions covering production, risk management, succession planning, agritourism, financial topics, and legal issues. Each session is designed to provide clear, practical information for real-world use.
A special evening event at the Museum of Art and Light will offer a creative environment for networking and exploring digital and interactive exhibits.
The conference promises key takeaways such as expert-led learning, strong networking opportunities, and continued support through an online discussion group after the event.
Registration costs $175 before January 10 and $200 afterward, with optional preconference sessions priced at $25. Students may attend for $75. More details are available at womengrowthefarm.com.
