HGS BioScience has completed the acquisition of Pharmgrade, a company known for its long-standing work in microbial crop technologies. This move continues the company’s growth following its recent merger with NutriAg and supports its goal of building a strong biological farming platform.
Pharmgrade specializes in microbial consortium products that improve plant health and nutrient use. These products use beneficial microorganisms that work naturally in soil to support stronger crop development and better growing results.
With this addition, HGS BioScience now offers a full biological product range. The company provides humates, bionutritionals, plant extracts, and microbial solutions. These products can be combined to give crops multiple benefits in one treatment. Farmers can receive them in liquid, powder, or granule formats based on their needs.
