From May 6-8, 2024, AGCO Corporation, a leader in agricultural machinery and precision agriculture technology, will showcase its innovative products at the Ag on the Mall event in Washington, D.C. This event, themed “The Future of Food and Farming,” is part of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers’ (AEM) celebration, emphasizing sustainable food production technologies.

AGCO will display key products from its Fendt, Massey Ferguson, and Precision Planting brands. Highlights include the Fendt Momentum planter, Massey Ferguson 500R sprayer, AGCO Power CORE75 engine, and Precision Planting’s Radicle Agronomics soil testing lab. These tools represent the forefront of agricultural technology, offering solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability in farming.

The event serves as a platform for AGCO to engage with policymakers, farmers, and the public, educating them about how advanced machinery can help tackle some of the most pressing challenges in agriculture today. With rising global populations and increasing environmental concerns, such innovations are crucial for the future of food security.

Bill Hurley, AGCO’s Vice President of Government Affairs and AEM Ag Chair, emphasizes the event’s role in fostering discussions that can lead to beneficial agricultural policies and programs. By showcasing these technologies, AGCO aims to support the global farming community in its mission to feed the world sustainably.
