Kubota Salutes Veterans with Farm Aid

By Jamie Martin

Kubota Tractor Corporation and the Farmer Veteran Coalition (FVC) honored five farmer veterans as the 2025 Geared to Give recipients during Kubota Connect, held in Grapevine, Texas. The event celebrated these heroes for their service and agricultural dedication.

Recipients included Darnell Dugger of Georgia, Kyle Londre of Missouri, Rob Niles of Vermont, Peter Taylor of Idaho, and Donnie Woodmansee of Colorado. Each veteran received a customized piece of Kubota equipment suited to their farm operation, delivered through their local Kubota dealer.

“Our Nation’s veterans do not just hang up their uniforms when they transition from military service,” said Alex Woods, President of Kubota Tractor Corporation and a veteran of the Army National Guard. “They step into new roles as leaders, growers, and neighbors. With ‘Geared to Give’, Kubota is honored to support their next chapter by providing the equipment they need to keep serving their communities. Recognizing this year’s recipients in front of hundreds of Kubota dealers was truly an honor and a reminder of why this program continues to make such a lasting impact.”

Since its launch in 2015, the Geared to Give initiative has awarded over $1.1 million in equipment and support to veteran farmers. Kubota also collaborates with the Boot Campaign to aid veterans and military families, raising $100,000 in 2025 and continuing support into 2026.

Through its continued partnership with FVC, Kubota helps farmer veterans turn their agricultural dreams into reality, reinforcing the spirit of service and resilience that defines America’s rural communities.
