Each year, Fort Hays State's Robbins College of Business and Entrepreneurship (RCOBE) recognizes an outstanding faculty member from each of its four academic departments.
Faculty of the Year honorees for 2021-22 include:

- Christina Glenn, Department of Economics, Finance, and Accounting
- Shane Schartz, Department of Informatics
- Robert Lloyd, Department of Management
The comprehensive selection process, designed by the Robbins Ambassador students, included nominations, surveys, and interviews with the finalists.
