The American Farm Bureau (AFB) has called on Congress to adopt more precise legislative practices following the Supreme Court's recent decision to overturn the Chevron deference, a doctrine that previously empowered federal agencies over judicial interpretations.

Travis Cushman, AFB Deputy General Counsel, stressed the importance of this decision, noting that it signals a shift towards more balanced governance among the branches of federal government.
