Kansas Farm Bureau is joining forces with the Kansas Livestock Association to collect donations of hay and fencing materials for producers affected by the wildfires. Kansas Livestock Association is accepting donations to help ranchers impacted by the fires. www.kla.org/donationform.aspx

The KLA also has a page listing Farm Service Agency programs available for ranchers affected by wildfire. www.kla.org/wildfirerelief.aspx

Other avenues to assistance:

Ashland Command Center -- 620-635-2641 -- The Ashland Veterinary Center is coordinating people who are donating and in need of help. The center is also coordinating livestock needs, tanks, portable corrals, fencing materials and personnel.

Hay Delivery Coordination -- Neal and Jeff Kay at Ashland Feed and Seed are coordinating hay delivery for cattle. All hay deliveries go to 1975 County Road U in Ashland (on the south end of Main Street on the south end of town). Call before heading out: 620-635-5001 or 620-635-0072.
