Kansas State University's beef extension specialists and agents are bringing a series of informative cow-calf production workshops to Kansas. Scheduled for late January and February, these meetings are designed to support local producers with the latest insights on cattle farming.
The workshops are a collaborative effort between state specialists and local extension units, tailored to meet the specific needs and conditions of Kansas cattle producers.
They will cover a wide range of topics, including risk management tools, cowherd nutrition post-drought, heifer development strategies, and bull selection.
Upcoming workshop details are as follows:

This workshop series is an excellent opportunity for Kansas cattle farmers to gain valuable knowledge and skills for enhancing their farming practices.
