Women in Ag - navigating tomorrow's farming frontier

Women in Ag - navigating tomorrow's farming frontier

By Scout Nelson

The Women Managing the Farm Conference, a pivotal event for women in agriculture, is slated to take place from February 14-16, 2024, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan, Kansas.  This conference is specially designed to support women growing in rural communities and to keep them abreast of the latest advancements in agriculture.

Highlighting the event are keynote speakers Mark Mayfield and Kim Bremmer, who will be joined by a dynamic array of breakout session speakers. These sessions are carefully chosen to provide valuable insights and foster growth among women in the agricultural sector.

An exciting addition to this year's conference is the Sunflower Showcase. It features six pick-up locations across Kansas, offering participants a unique pre-conference experience with informative stops en route to the conference.

The Women Managing the Farm Conference presents an excellent opportunity for learning, networking, and personal growth for women engaged in farming and ranching. It's an event that not only celebrates the role of women in agriculture but also equips them with the tools and knowledge to succeed in this ever-evolving sector.
